I am not defending all those behaviors but l just have a question why is it very difficult to leave the things they refused us from.
The answer is simple: we don't know the real consequences of doing those things .
We don't know why they refused us , we didn't ask why .
I had a friend who grew up from a very religious family. They followed the rules of the books .

I don't want to mention how it ended for my friend but it ended very bad .
The addiction to ,porn and clubs , and l really don't know what to mention. The others just know it was very sad .

The down side of all these negative scenarios is we didn't create them ourselves
We were always taught to set good goals but they didn't teach us the power of negative power
If you set on your own negative scenarios , you set the life you don't want , you can define bad behaviour in your terms and dearly avoid it .
I have never tasted alcohol in all my life. Yes, for 25years l have not , in my years the reason was simple , religion refused .
But as l grew up, i started setting the life l want on my own terms , the things l want out of life and how l want them .
The biggest thing l don't like is working for someone , so if my pain is that job then what should l do , business , what does it take for business, think,think and think.
l started seeing what alcohol does to people and l didn't like it , it made them unconscious , they lost their minds , if someone took it they stopped thinking . That is my Hell
6 months ago l realized l was in my hell without knowing , Tiktok yes tiktok
I realized tiktok was another hell that was taking over my life
For the last year l spent at least 30-60 minutes a day on tiktok
Just like Alcohol l stopped thinking , just scrolled through consuming without stress
Just like alcohol it had hangover , when you are not on it scrolling , your mind is thinking of the trending staff
See l realized it six months ago but it took me about again 6 months to stop , the mind am supposed to use to think about which products to create , how am l going to market , reading books from great thinkers , this tiktok is taking it way
My business started to safer ,
Procrastination increased( i promise my community a product and l dont deliver)
People paid money for trainings and l dont turn up tiktok,
My speech pattern changed , my english was getting colonized buy some stupid trends
Am supposed to publish a youtube video very week , l realized on doing one a month , and a month can go by a blink of an eye , what , what is happening to my life
How to see your bad behaviour
Set the life you don't want.
If you have a clear picture of the life you don't want , no one will have to tell you about your bad behaviours , you will notice them.
Write down the life you are will die trying to avoid,
Look around, see the people around. Do you admire the life they are living? If not in most cases , if you start being ambitious most people around you will not be having the life you want .
Ask yourself what they do that led their lives to that hole.
Note them and dear dont do them because you know where you will end if you do.
At this time now you don't take alcohol just because the religion refused but because it's not the life you want.
You will also not judge those who take , may be its the life they want or they use it in some way to benefit what you may not understand
Now you know your bad behaviour , but what if you find yourself with a behaviour you what to change but you are failing

Habits are not left they are changed , yes they are replaced but replaced with what ,
If you intentionally replace the time for porn, alcohol, tiktok or any bad behaviour with your exciting dear , a dream that you know everyday you can do something to push you closer to it .
The bad habit you used to enjoy becomes painful once you do it , it pains you that instead of building your life you are here wasting it on instant pleasure
See this writing you are reading l am writing it at the time l used to be scrolling on tiktok , yes the first 30-60 minutes of my day used to be taken by tiktok
But if i use it to create my products and promote them , how much can that 30 minutes be by the end of the year
I could end the year with a book, more than 100 youtube videos , with 2 products with more that 1000 sales
So if someone is scrolling l don’t blame them maybe its the life they want may be it does not cost them anything l have no problem with them,
Now you, yes you, you now have the frame work to identify , avoid and change your bad behaviours for a better life , it's upon you to take action
