How to Reset your life in 7 days
Let's do it together in these steps. Let's go to practical writing now. This is what l have always done if am down and l want to get back up
I remember when l was proud of myself i worked only 4 hours a day
Built and monetized a YouTube channel
I became brand ambassador of 3 companies
Launched 2 businesses
Got more subscribers
I taught many students.
Read and Completed 4 books
Bought and completed more than 10 online courses
Learnt graphics design , video editing, smartphone youtubing , social media growth, Crypto etc
Life was good and l accomplished a lot in only 6 months .
Life is no longer the same
Now l feel less energetic, feel lost in life , a lot of procrastination, l know exactly what I am supposed to do but.
I feel stressed a lot , l have grown bad habits, Scrolling on tiktok for minutes or even hours, Not finishing my tasks . Consuming useless content
Leaving my comfort zone . With big dreams and less work to put in l just wish l get back to my previous self .
The Synthesiser , a creator ,a mentor, risk taker, action driven , who always steps out of the comfort zone . Please Jibril this is not you let the real you come back

The above is what i wrote in my book about how l was feeling, because once in a while am very honest to myself,
l write about my strength and weaknesses, my achievements and challenges, my happiness and sadness
It has been 7 days now. I feel so energetic. I feel happy and am accomplishing a lot.
I am actually writing this at 5:35am on a Sunday morning. All most everyone is enjoying their sleep.
I woke up and just realized how am getting back on my winning side that l should share and 2 things come into my mind
We all have the winners version of ourselves and the loser
It's not all about having goals , it's about what you do every single day
If you're goal is that important then you should work on it every day , and
if something is to be done everyday . It becomes a routine not a goal .
I realized routines are more powerful than goals, yes goals are powerful but listen,
a person with a winner's routine without goals will a achieve more than a person with big dreams but with a losers routine
A routine is what you do every single day .
For example you wake up at about 7 or 8, brush , bathe , breakfast, go to work or school, lunch , work/school, get back home tired , social media or tv Dinner the sleep. and repeat.
Most people that's their routine and they didn't design the routine, it's what they call normal, so they feel everyone should do the same thing. You just found youself doing it you don`t know why
That time table you run your life on was designed by school, family or society, and most people have never thought about it.
If you felt uncomfortable with it and you feel something should change then you are with me.
The first step in taking control of your life is controlling your routine. Picking a pen and paper to write what you will use your time with.
Now see , don't be hard on yourself . Yes your life is occupied, you can't just change everything at once.
Just begin by taking back one hour. Yes, only an hour can be the beginning of your life reset.
If you are too busy then either wake up an hour earlier or sleep an hour late. Just have that hour for yourself.
This is your time , use it for the most important thing in your life. Is it health , wealth or relationship?

Get your notebook we start
Write what you don't want.
Negativity is more powerful than just those sweet dreams everyone says you should start with.
Write the life you don't what , the job you don't want, a relationship you don't want, that health condition you don't want
I didn't want to do a job that's why i started a YouTube channel .
I didn't want to teach anyone on pressure even when my passion is teaching that's why i started my own secondary school ( anyway l have abandoned it for years but am now getting back to it )
Now what l don't want for now
My students to get lost in life so l write more of my life experience and Read about successful people to become valuable as much as l can.
I don't want to be paid to talk about what I don't want online. So l start an online course business

Write the goals
The goals help guide our routine , without goals we may fail to have a clear goal driven routine
Let the goals be big , realistic and achievable .
Try as much as posible to convince your mind that it is posible everything you tought about is very posible you just have to put in the work
Write a routine .
You can go on to study the routine of the most successfull people , those you would love to be like and design yours around there work.
I have done mine and l want to share it with you .
But small history where am picking it from .My routine has been influenced by Charles darwins , if you are a biology student this is not a new name to you but those who are not let me tell you briefly
He discovered the what we call darwins theory of evolution l may not go deep but he is the man behind the jungle rules you here about like “ Survial for the fitest “ you can read more about natural selecion to understand his work

🧠 Key Principles in Darwin’s Routine
Deep work in the morning when he had the most mental energy.
Regular walking breaks for mental clarity and problem-solving.
Light afternoons, conserving energy and avoiding burnout.
Strict boundaries: He didn’t allow interruptions during his focus time.
Health-conscious: He suffered from chronic illness, so he adjusted his day to accommodate it.

From Darwin's work routine l pick 3 things
He did the most important work in the morning
He worked about 4 hours but achieved a lot
He Consumed by reading, He Created by writing and relaxed on walks
These are the things l don't want
Over working , so l will work 4 hrs a day
Over thinking of what to do , Clear Routine
Wasting time , Understand my leverage
Understanding leverage is a full topic we will discuss in another letter
but here is the thing in 80/20 rule suggests that out ot 100 things we do only 20 are the real cause of our success your job is to find out the 20 and you will be a head of most people
Here is My simple routine
5:00-6 wake up , Business ( product creation)
6:00 am . Newsletter writing
6:00-6:15am -social media posts
6:15- 7:30am - Video Creation
7:30 -9:30 am - Learning
The rest of the day can be normal.
